What does the Core £99 plan include?
Core at £99 per month includes in-widget voice, WhatsApp Business, web chat, email routing, all 13 native languages, premium voices, calendar booking via Cal.com or Calendly, real-time alerts to inbox and Slack, smart intent triggers, and unlimited conversations. There are no per-conversation fees, no upgrade-to-flows surcharge, and no branding-removal fee. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starter and the Core 30-day trial both require no credit card. You paste your website URL, the agent reads your content, and it goes live within 60 seconds on web chat, voice in the widget, and WhatsApp Business. UK SMB conversion rates from no-card trials are 10 to 15 percent versus 4 to 6 percent for card-required trials.
What VAT applies?
UK VAT at 20 percent applies to UK-based customers. EU customers pay reverse-charged VAT under EU B2B rules and must provide a valid VAT number at signup. Revenuru Ltd is VAT-registered as GB476149169.
Where is my customer data stored?
All conversation transcripts, training material, and PII are stored on Hetzner servers in Germany under UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. The marketing site runs on Cloudflare Pages, but customer data is exclusively EU-hosted. Revenuru Ltd is registered with the ICO under ZB851355 since 13 January 2025.
How does plan switching work?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Upgrade is immediate and prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrade applies from the next billing cycle. There is no penalty, no annual lock-in, and no data loss when you switch plans.
