Will Clevaa stay inside FCA Consumer Duty on finance enquiries?
Yes. Clevaa never gives finance advice. On any finance question it sticks to the representative example you've published, makes the commission existence clear where required by the FCA Motor Finance Redress Scheme (consultation Oct 2025), and books a soft-search call with your finance team. The bot is configured non-advised by default and escalates anything that smells like advice.
Does it integrate with Keyloop, Pinewood, or my existing DMS?
Clevaa is CRM-agnostic and writes leads, valuations, and bookings to whatever your team already uses. That includes Keyloop, Pinewood/Pinnacle, RAPID RTC, eDealer, MotorDesk, or a Google Sheet. Calendar integrations cover Cal.com, Google Calendar, and Microsoft 365. If your DMS isn't on the list we set the webhook up by hand during onboarding.

12+ languages spoken natively, not translated through Google. The defaults cover English, Polish, Mandarin, Romanian, Arabic, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, French, German, Spanish, and Italian. Roughly 14% of UK residents speak a language other than English at home (ONS Census 2021); the bot routes to the buyer's first language automatically.
Where is my customer data stored?
On Hetzner Germany inside the EU, under GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. The marketing site is on Cloudflare Pages; conversation transcripts, training material, and all customer PII sit on the EU side. We are not a US-hosted SaaS dressed up as European.
